4. Shipping & Delivery

5. Returns & Cancellations

  • Returns are only accepted for damaged or incorrect products reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Custom orders are not eligible for return or cancellation once production has begun.

  • Cancellations must be confirmed before dispatch and may be subject to restocking or cancellation charges.
