1. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only. Once an order has been shipped or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

• For custom or bulk orders, cancellations are not allowed once production has begun.

2. Refunds

• We do not offer refunds for dispatched or delivered orders.

• In the rare case of a product defect or incorrect item, a replacement may be arranged at our discretion after review.

• Refunds (if applicable) are only issued:

  • For orders cancelled before dispatch

  • If payment has been made but the item is out of stock or unavailable

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original mode of payment.

3. No Return/Exchange Policy

• All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect or a mistake from our side.

• Claims for damaged or incorrect products must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
